At CARE Community Center, we believe that the spirit of giving doesn’t just happen in December—it’s something we prepare for throughout the year. CARE for the Holidays and Toys for Tots Northwest Arkansas Chapter 2025 Campaign bring joy to thousands of children across Northwest Arkansas, and your support helps make it possible.

We are no longer accepting applications for Toys for Tots / CARE for the Holidays.

If you already submitted an application, please make sure you have emailed all required documents to c4h@carecc.org.
Our team will contact you by email if we need additional information or have any questions about your application.

Join Us in Preparing for the 2025 Holiday Season

We’re already laying the groundwork for this year’s campaign! Whether it’s collecting toys, organizing volunteers, or planning distribution events, there’s always something happening behind the scenes.

When Can I Apply?

Applications for the 2025 CARE for the Holidays and Toys for Tots Northwest Arkansas Chapter 2025 Campaign will open in November. We encourage families to begin gathering required documents early and to check back in the fall for specific dates, locations, and instructions.

Stay tuned for updates on how to apply online or in person. We’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible!

Here’s how you can get involved now:

  • Your early contributions help us purchase toys and supplies ahead of time.

  • Join our planning team or assist with toy drives and community outreach.

  • Help us get ready for distribution by sorting toys, organizing bins, and preparing items for families across Northwest Arkansas. Individual volunteers age 7 and up are welcome.
    For safety reasons, the warehouse address is shared only with registered volunteers.

  • Interested in placing a Toys for Tots box at your business or organization? Reach out to us today!

  • Rally your workplace, school, or community group to collect toys or raise funds. We’ll provide support and promotional materials to ensure your event is a success!

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
