At the CARE Community Tax Center, we believe everyone deserves access to accurate, stress-free tax preparation. That’s why our services are completely free and provided by IRS-certified volunteers trained to help you file with confidence.
Whether you're filing for the current year, catching up on previous returns, or have questions about next steps, we’re here to guide you through the process in a simple, supportive, and secure way.
All tax preparation services are provided by appointment only. Dates, hours, and availability vary by location.
To Schedule a Tax Appointment
Appointments are scheduled by phone.
Call 479-246-0104 and follow these steps:
- Listen to the menu options
- Press 2 for the CARE Community Tax Center
- Listen to the Tax Center options
- Press 1 to reach the scheduler
Please listen carefully to the prompts so your call reaches the correct team as quickly as possible.

Email is the best option if you have questions about documents, eligibility, or next steps.
When you email, our team may ask you to call the CARE main number to ensure you are connected to the correct tax location, since each site serves a different area.
Call 479-246-0104, then:
- Press 2 for the CARE Community Tax Center
- Listen to the prompts and follow the instructions for your tax location

What You Need to File Your Taxes
