What You Need to File Your Taxes

This checklist outlines the documents you’ll need, including:
* Photo ID (for you and your spouse, if applicable)
* Social Security cards or ITIN letters
* Income statements (W-2s, 1099s, etc.)
* Health insurance forms (like 1095-A)
* Last year’s tax return (if available) -
Complete these forms before your appointment to save time. If you’re unable to print them, we’ll have copies available at the site.
